Pet Sitting Knoxville (“we,” “us”) operates petsittingknox.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you send us through our contact form or phone calls, we use it to respond to you and provide pet-care services, and we do not sell your information.

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything you include in your message — typically details about your pets, your home, and your schedule. When you call us, we may keep notes about your request so we can serve you. When you become a client, we also keep the care information you provide (pet health details, veterinarian contacts, and home-access instructions) for the purpose of delivering the services you booked.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Fonts and other assets are served from our own domain, so browsing this site does not send your information to third-party content networks.

If you give us your phone number, we may contact you by call or text about your inquiry or your bookings — including visit updates and pet photos. How we share information
Form submissions are delivered to us through our customer-relationship platform (Coraline, powered by LeadConnector), which processes them on our behalf. We also rely on our website hosting provider to operate this site, and we may share your pet’s information with your veterinarian in an emergency — that’s what it’s on file for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except as required by law.
Cookies and your choices
This site uses only the functional cookies needed for features like our contact form to work. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner to click through.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and client information as long as needed to provide services and meet our record-keeping obligations. Home-access details are shared only with the sitter assigned to you.
